Shipping Destinations: We are excited to serve our customers within the lower 48 states in the USA. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations.

Shipping Schedule: Our team is dedicated to ensuring your games get to you as soon as possible. We send out shipments from Monday to Friday. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the next business day.

Shipping Costs: Our shipping costs vary based on the weight and size of the product. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Time: Based on the selected shipping service, most standard USPS Ground Advantage orders are delivered within 5-7 business days.

Tracking Information: Rest assured, you will receive tracking information once your package has been marked as fulfilled and shipped. This allows you to monitor the progress of your order.

Packaging: All packages are packed to the best of our ability, ensuring that your items arrive in the same condition they are shipped.

Mail-In Service: For any mail-in service, please be aware that the customer will cover the shipping cost both ways. This includes the cost to ship your item to our store and the cost to return the item to you.

Returns and Warranty: We stand by the quality of our products. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, we accept returns during the 30-day warranty period. Please note that the item must be returned in the same condition that it was received.
